No returns or refunds will be issued for items purchased with the only exception being an item damaged during shipping. If damage is sustained during shipping, the customer is required to notify me within 24 hours of receiving the item so that a claim can be filed with the shipping company. I put everything I have in to each piece that I make. My goal is to work with you, not for you. Together we will get you the exact piece you are looking for. 

All items are shipped fully insured with FEDEX/UPS/USPS. Please inspect your item and report any damage experienced during shipment within 24 hours.
